These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the zeet baj platform and all related services. By browsing the website, creating an account, or taking part in any betting or gaming activity, you confirm your agreement to all the terms set out below.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To take part in gaming or betting on zeet baj, you must create a personal account. The following information must be provided accurately at the time of registration:

• Active mobile number (Bangladeshi)
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (must be 21 years of age or older)

If an account is created using false or incomplete information, zeet baj reserves the right to close that account at any time, and all funds held in that account may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, they will be identified as duplicates and the account balances and bonuses may be seized. If multiple accounts are detected, the user will be permanently banned from the platform.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If this information falls into the hands of a third party and results in financial loss, zeet baj will not be held liable. If you lose your password or notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

The minimum age to join and play on zeet baj is 21 years. No person under the age of 21 may use this platform. Providing a false age at the time of registration is strictly prohibited.

zeet baj may verify your identity at any time. During this process, any one of the following documents may be requested:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid Passport
• Driving Licence
• Birth Registration Certificate (as a supplementary document)

Withdrawal requests may not be processed until identity verification is complete. This is done for the protection of the user.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on zeet baj is ৳500. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other scheduled banks). Deposited funds are added to your account immediately.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are processed through the same method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer. For successfully verified accounts, withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

Deposits or withdrawals may not be made using an account that is not registered in your name. If a third-party payment is detected, the transaction in question will be cancelled.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

zeet baj always follows anti-money laundering policies. We reserve the right to hold suspicious transactions for review and to notify the relevant authorities.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000; the wagering requirement on the bonus amount is 15 times, meaning you must place bets totalling ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

5.2 Bonus Terms of Use

• A bonus may only be used once — the same person or household may not claim it more than once.
• If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus will be forfeited.
• The contribution rate towards bonus wagering may vary for certain games.
• Unless stated otherwise for a specific bonus offer, multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time.
• zeet baj reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular players can join the VIP Program. There are three levels — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Cashback is given on weekly net losses: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.7% at Silver and up to 1.0% at Gold. For example, if a Silver member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.

All games and betting activities on zeet baj are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair outcomes. Compliance with the following rules of conduct is mandatory:

• Using any software scripts, bots or automated systems in games is prohibited.
• Using disrespectful, threatening or offensive language towards other players or zeet baj staff is not permitted.
• Any attempt at coordinated cheating in the live casino is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting or attempting to exploit technical errors on the platform is prohibited.

zeet baj reserves the right to void or correct the result of any round or match if there is a technical error, data feed issue or other unavoidable reason.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the zeet baj platform. If any of these occur, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited:

• Using the platform for money laundering or legitimising illicit funds.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Claiming bonuses under the names of multiple members of the same household.
• Assisting with match fixing or manipulation of information with the intent to influence betting outcomes.
• Any attempt at hacking or breaching the platform's security.
• Maintaining multiple accounts under false identities.

8.1 zeet baj's Rights

zeet baj may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these terms.
• Evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or submission of false documents.
• Extended inactivity (no transactions for more than 12 months).

8.2 User's Right to Self-Close

zeet baj makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service on the platform. However, we do not accept liability for the following:

• Temporary service interruptions due to unexpected technical errors or maintenance.
• Any loss resulting from user negligence or failure to comply with the terms.
